The purpose of this Framework Agreement is the third party application maintenance of the Financial Information System (FIS) of the Directorate General for Civil Aviation, based on the enterprise resource planning system SAP. The objective is to maintain the FIS software solution.

The expected services are:

— provision 1: knowledge and initialization;

— service 2: maintenance:

— — Pilotage 1,

—— item 2 corrective and preventive maintenance,

—— item 3 perfective maintenance,

— service 3: scalable maintenance,

— provision 4: training,

— benefit 5: assistance services,

- service 6: transfer of competence.
