The Contracting Authority will place an order within the duration of the contract according to actual needs. The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to fully use the quantity of procurement and the Contractor will not have claims for this.
The deal will cover all the parts for which the bidder wins the proceedings. If a contract is concluded, invoicing will be carried out on one invoice, in accordance with the contract concluded for all parts won by the Contractor concerned.
