Conclusion of a framework agreement for the individual leasing of bicycles for the staff of the Mechelen group.

This agreement aims to appoint a leasing company that offers bicycle leasing to the employees of the « Mechelen group » according to the principles of wage exchange. The city of Mechelen aims to carry out an operation that is neutral at its expense, with a lean administrative burden for both its own operation and for the employee who wishes to use the bicycle lease system. It must also be possible to take over the bicycle individually at the end of the lease period for the fair market value. The offer may include: roadside assistance, annual maintenance and insurance against theft.

The framework agreement for the conclusion of new bicycle lease contracts is concluded for a period of 4 years starting on the date of the award letter or at the time stated in the award letter (i.e. conclusion of the contract). The term of the individual lease contracts is 36 or 48 months.

The purpose of this public contract is to conclude a framework agreement with a single participant.

The conclusion of this agreement does not arise with respect to the contractor any right of exclusivity for the execution of assignments as described in this specifications.
