The municipality of Kolari is asking for your offer for the construction and supervision of the Kolari community centre.

The task includes the construction tasks of the Kolari community centre, from the organisation of construction and the processing of contract tenders to the reception of construction and during the warranty period. In addition, the task includes site supervision of the project. The task is defined in more detail in terms of quality and content in sections 2 and 3 of the invitation to tender (attached).

Preliminary schedule for the project: tendering in spring 2023, construction period is 06/2023-07/2025 and warranty period 08/2025-07/2027.

The invitation to tender will be suspended if the Kolari municipal council does not make a decision on the construction of the community centre at its meeting on 08.12.2022.
