Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (the Contracting Authority) is awarding a contract for the provision of facilities management services to two peripheral demises within Great Western Hospital, Swindon. The contract tenure is for 3.5 years, which will align all FM services to the break point within the current PFI contract.

Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (the Contracting Authority) are awarding a contract to Serco Health, UK and Europe for the provision of facilities management services to a peripheral part of the site of the Great Western Hospital, Swindon. The two demises are community wards/beds in standalone units separate to the main acute building and represent a small part of the overall estate within the Great Western Hospital facility.
