The purpose of this consultation is to replace Forefront Identity Manager with a software package that addresses the management and governance of identities and access permissions (UserCube or equivalent). Forefront Identity Manager is an identity management software package on which GUID is based, the global solution This replacement is motivated by the obsolescence of the Microsoft solution and its inadequacy to governance issues.

The service is composed of engineering and license procurement and will be contracted in the form of a contract.
