The purpose of this framework agreement is to define the terms and conditions for the supply and transport of natural gas supplying the delivery points of the various sites of the Tarn Habitat grouping of orders and the provision of associated services. It takes the form of a multi-successful framework agreement for subsequent contracts. It is executed within the framework of a grouping of orders according to the agreement of 25 June 2018 and in accordance with Articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the Public Order Code with social housing organizations, owners of real estate complexes named in the CPC of this market. The coordinator of the grouping of orders is Tarn Habitat, in charge of the award, signature and notification of the framework agreement and its subsequent contracts. Each member shall monitor the performance of subsequent contracts as far as it is concerned.
