The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning and greenery services in the territory of the MON Representative Centre, the scope of which includes:

1) order guaranteed:

(a) maintenance of greenery (care), cleanliness and order of the site of the palace and park complex in Helenów, entered in the register of monuments under No. 1033/904 dated 24.05.1971,

(b) maintenance of paved and ground pavements clean,

(c) maintaining the cleanliness and order of the greenery and walkway adjacent to the territory of the Representative Centre of the Ministry of National Defence in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021 item 888, as amended);

2) order optional:

(a) mowing of agricultural land, dikes and slopes of ponds,

b) the mineralization of the fire belt,

c) keeping the outer fence clean.

1. The detailed description of the subject of the order specifies:

1) description of the subject of the order: Annex No 1a to SWZ (guaranteed order) and Annex No 1b to SWZ (optional order);

2) model contract - Annex 9 to the SWZ.

The Contracting Authority pursuant to Article 95 (1) of the Act requires employment by the Contractor or Subcontractors on the basis of the employment relationship of persons carrying out direct activities in the implementation of the service because the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 on 26 June 1974 — Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended). The Contracting Authority pursuant to Article 95 (2) of the Act shall specify the type of activities related to the execution of the contract,

1) direct surveillance activities;

2) direct physical activities related to the performance of horticultural and cleaning (cleanup) work;

3) direct physical activities related to the mineralization of the fire belt and maintaining the purity of the fence.
