The Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey is looking to appoint a suitably experienced Contractor to deliver Leadership Development Programmes that will develop the skills of 1st and 2nd line managers to coach, motivate and grow the strengths of themselves, individuals and teams.

It is anticipated that the Framework will initially be utilised only by the PCC for Surrey, at their discretion. The Police and Crime Commissioner for Sussex (PCC for Sussex) may opt into this service at their discretion during the term of the Framework.

The Framework Term shall be for 2 years with the option to extend the Framework by 1 additional 12 month increment, making the maximum possible Term 3 years. The option to extend the Framework shall be at the sole discretion of the PCC for Surrey.
