The contract concerns the needs of EDF SA and its subsidiaries.

Provision of Long-Term Rental of Thermal and Electric vehicles (4x2 and 4x4) for the EDF Group's fleet of Companies and Managers as well as related services.

Supply of 4x2 and 4x4 light vehicles (GVW less than or equal to 3.5t), Combustion and Electric vehicles (100% electric and plug-in hybrids) for Long-Term Leasing and ancillary services in the following segments:

- UTILITY / LCV vehicle

- COMPANY / VS vehicle (2 seats)

- PASSENGER VEHICLE / VP (5 seats)

For 4x2 combustion engine (PV) passenger vehicles: Vehicles not subject to the ecological penalty must be offered to the market as a priority (CO2 emission rate lower than the national criterion in force).

4x2 internal combustion engine (VS) company vehicles are not subject to the ecological penalty, however they will have to correspond as a priority to the vehicles offered in the passenger car segmentation, in order to comply with an emission rate lower than the national criterion in force.

Regarding 100% electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid vehicles, only manufacturers and segments selected for the EDF electric vehicle purchase market will be able to be offered on the long-term leasing market.

The contract will have a firm duration until 31/03/2026 and an optional year from 01/04/2026 to 31/03/2027.

In accordance with Article R. 2162-4 of the French Public Procurement Code, the maximum volume of the framework agreement, all contractors combined, is 14,000 vehicles, it being specified that this indication has no value as a contractual commitment on this volume of purchase for the Company.
