The subject of the contract are accommodation rental services for the needs of the Training Office. As part of the performance of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to:
1. make a reservation of hotel rooms in accordance with the Ordering Party's order,
2. settlement of the costs of the hotel service after the end of each calendar month,
3. make changes or cancellations of reservations,
4. accommodation of persons indicated by the Contracting Authority in one location in a facility in accordance with the requirements specified in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract.
