Provision of planning services in the scope of technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI (partial service 1) with gradual commissioning of service phases (LP) 1 and 2 necessarily and after call LP 3-4, LP 6 and 7, LP 8, LP 9, engineering structures according to § 43 HOAI (partial service 2) with gradual commissioning of LP 1 and 2, necessarily and after call LP 3- 4, LP 6 and 7, LP 8, LP and structural planning according to § 34 HOAI (partial performance 3) with gradual commissioning of service phases (LP) 1 and 2 necessarily and after call LP 3-4, LP 6 according to HOAI 2021 and buildings according to § 34 HOAI 2021 (partial service 4) with gradual commissioning of service phases (LP) 1 and 2 necessarily and on demand LP 3-4, LP 6 and 7 , LP 8, LP 9. The planning services relate to the construction of the cooling tower cell 5. Although the partial performances are referred to in the award document as lots (1, 2, 3 and 4), they are not lots in the context of public procurement law. For technical reasons, they are only assigned as a whole. Basic services within the meaning of Section 3 (1) HOAI as well as selected special services are called up in stages. A fee agreement according to § 7 HOAI as specified by the client is to be offered, which is based on the basic fee. Start of benefits: from the second calendar week following the day of the surcharge.
