1. The procedure is conducted in order to select the Contractors with whom framework agreements will be concluded (in each partial task with one Contractor) for the supply of motor vehicles. The subject of the contract has been divided into three separate sub-tasks:

1) Identical 8-seater vans in an unmarked version – 80 pcs.,

2) Identical passenger cars of the combi van type in the unmarked version – 68 pcs.,

3) Identical passenger cars of the SUV type in the unmarked version – 67 pcs.

2. A full description of the subject matter of the contract, including technical specifications of the vehicles, is included in Appendices No. 9/1-3 to the Terms of Reference. The Ordering Party does not allow vehicles that do not meet the technical parameters required by the OPZ.

2. All offered vehicles must be delivered by the Contractor to the Provincial Police Headquarters in Olsztyn. Vehicles delivered must be brand new, manufactured in the year of delivery and clean.

3. A full description of the subject matter of the contract, including technical specifications of the vehicles, is included in Appendices No. 9/1 to the Terms of Reference. The Contracting Authority does not allow vehicles that do not meet the technical parameters required in the Description of the subject of the contract – Technical Specifications.

4. The Contracting Authority may procure on the terms and conditions specified in the framework agreement during its duration, depending on the reported needs and received funds, notifying the Contractor in advance and negotiating with the Contractor the terms and conditions of the implementation agreements to the framework agreement.
