1. The subject of the contract includes the design, delivery and construction of photovoltaic installations for PKT Sp. z o.o., PPNT Gdynia and DPS. 2. This contract is co-financed under the Regional Operational Programme of the Pomeranian Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020. 3. The installations are to generate electricity from solar radiation energy and give it back in the manner described in the "Functional and utility programs" (hereinafter referred to as: "PFU") constituting Annexes 1A, 1B, 1C to the SWZ. 4. A description of the subject of the contract, its purpose and the technical, economic, architectural, material and functional requirements imposed on it were included in the procurement documents, in particular in the PFU.
