3. The Awarding Entity requires that:

Which the Contractor will use in the performance of this contract to the Contracting Authority, during the entire term of the contract with the Contracting Authority, were employed under an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1502 of late. d.) by the Contractor or by a subcontractor. The Contractor is obliged to conclude in any subcontracting contract relevant records requiring subcontractors to be employed on the employment contract of all persons performing the activities indicated in this point.

The Contracting Authority analysed the subject of the order for accessibility to disabled persons and determined that there was no need for specific requirements in this order.
The Contracting Authority provides for the possible award of contracts involving the repetition of similar services referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) Pzp and the price shall not exceed PLN 800 000,00 net The award of a contract consisting in the repetition of similar construction works shall be unilateral discretionary decision of the Contracting Authority and is dependent on budgetary constraints. Orders may consist of prolonging the service of receiving and landscaping municipal waste from property owners from the municipality.
