The construction project involves renovation and modernization work on the 3rd and 4th floors in the Catholic Clinic in Mainz. During the renovation, operation continues on the floors not affected.

- Demolition of suspended ceilings: approx. 3 820 m²;

- Demolition of solid walls D = up to 23 cm: approx. 4 450 m²;

- Demolition of walls GK lightweight construction: approx. 1 400 m²;

- Demolition of floating cement screed including floor covering: approx. 1 210 m²;

- Light concrete masonry: approx. 200 m².
