The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of standard computer equipment divided into 5 parts:

Part 1: Delivery of portable computers No. 1 -20 pcs.

Part 2: Delivery of laptops No. 2 -50 pcs.

Part 3: Delivery of laptops No. 3 -20 pcs.

Part 4: Delivery of laptops No. 4 -30 pcs.

Part 5: Delivery of laptops No. 5 -10 pcs.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the annex to the SWZ, according to the part. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide a guarantee and provide free warranty service for the subject of the contract in accordance with the provisions contained in the description of the subject of the contract / description of the offered goods and in the draft provisions of the contract (respectively to part of the proceedings), subject to point 13.2SWZ. The delivery includes transport to the direct user to the place indicated by him and all other costs related to the execution of the subject of the contract and the requirements set by the Ordering Party.

The offered equipment is to be brand new, unused and not exhibited at exhibitions or trade fairs, technically efficient, safe, complete and ready to work. The equipment supplied by the Contractor should be manufactured not earlier than 6 months from the date of placing the unit order by the Ordering Party.

In the event of withdrawal during the execution of the contract of the components indicated in the description of the object of the order/description of the offered goods (Annex to SWZ), the Contractor shall provide equipment with parameters not worse than offered for the price specified in the offer and contract.

The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide a guarantee and provide free warranty service for the subject of the contract in accordance with the provisions contained in the description of the subject of the contract / description of the offered goods and in the draft provisions of the contract, subject to point 13.2 SWZ.
