1. The subject of the order is the purchase (extension) of 22 license packages and the manufacturer's service, including the manufacturer's warranty and technical support, as well as the option to update the software for UTM internet traffic protection devices used by the Employer.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 - OPZ.

3. 1. The subject of the order is the purchase (extension) of 22 license packages and the manufacturer's service, including the manufacturer's warranty and technical support and the possibility of updating the software for UTM internet traffic protection devices used by the Employer, i.e. the extension of the license package including: warranty, technical support , the ability to update software for UTM devices, analyzing network traffic, monitoring web traffic and securing e-mail servers used by the Employer and security subscription in the field of anti-virus, anti-spam, IPS web filter for UTM devices. Prolongation by a minimum of 1 year (until October 31, 2020, unless otherwise stated in the table in OPZ, constituting Annex No. 1 to the ToR,) the manufacturer's warranty for repair or replacement of equipment in the event of a failure, firmware upgrade. Extension for the abovementioned period, calculated from the expiry of the current subscription, on the same terms and conditions as in the service contract for the given device on the last day of the contract.

2. Place of performance of the contract: National Institute of Heritage, ul. Kopernika 36/40, 00-924 Warsaw, POLAND.

3. In all cases where the Employer indicates the trademarks, patent or origin of the object of the contract, the Employer allows equivalent solutions, subject to the principles and requirements described in the ToR by the Contractor. The terms used in the ToR indicating the trademarks, patent or origin of the subject of the order should be read with the words: or equivalent. The proposed equivalent solutions must be of the same performance, functional and quality parameters, or exceed them.

4. In point II.2.7 of the Contract notices, the deadline referred to below in point b) - The contract period is:

a) license packages for Internet traffic protection devices - for a period of at least 1 year or another indicated in OPZ,

b) providing documents / evidence confirming the registration of purchased license and service packages for devices on the Ordering Party - 15 working days from the date of the contract. Shortening of the above the deadline is scored under the bid evaluation criterion.
