The subject of the contract is the award of a framework agreement for the years 2021 to 2024, by means of which the activities (in particular certification services and expert services) of an inspector to maintain the operating license for an offshore transformer platform and 72 offshore wind turbines in the German EEZ are to be commissioned. For the framework agreement, the specifications of the "BSH standards" as well as the BSH approval / release process apply, taking into account the WKP concept that was created for the operational release.

The subject of the order concerns the full operating years 2021 up to and including 2023. The end of the contract is dated April 30, 2024 in order to take into account the processing times for the summary test reports and the certificates of conformity as well as any official deadlines for the WKP year 2023.

Services in the field of WKP:

- plausibility check of the test method,

- Checking the qualification of the testing personnel,

- Review of the submitted inspection and survey reports,

- Preparation of the annual summary test report (Doc-No. 450; Doc-No. 250; Doc-No. 550 according to BSH Standard Construction),

- Issuance of the annual certificate of conformity (Doc-No. 452; Doc-No. 252; Doc-No. 551 according to BSH standard construction),

- Expert services offshore for WKP inspections,

- Assistance with necessary on-site appointments with the authorities.

Services outside the WKP area:

- Onshore certification service for large component exchange / special topics,

- Expert services offshore for large component exchange / special topics,

- Service provision: Confirmation in the case of repairs and component replacement in accordance with BSH Standard Construction (Doc No. 251),

- Assistance with necessary on-site appointments with the authorities.
