This open procedure concerns the supply, including after-sales maintenance, of n. 4 vehicles (control unit) for the collection of 4-axle RD with a total mass of 40 t - equipped with a 30 mc rear load compactor.

The total amount of the supply covered by this contract including the 24-month after-sales warranty is equal to Euro 800,000.00, plus VAT as required by law.

The delivery of the vehicles must take place no later than November 15, 2023.

Pursuant to art. 17, paragraphs 8 and 9, of the Code, the Project Manager may start the execution of the contract even before its stipulation where objectively unforeseeable events occur, to avoid situations of danger for people, animals, things and for hygiene and public health, or in cases where the immediate non-execution of the service deducted in the contract would cause serious damage to the public interest that it is intended to satisfy.
