The subject of the Order is:

1) delivery, assembly and commissioning of four cryptographic modules HSM (Hardware Security Module),

2) Providing warranty and technical support for the delivered Devices.

The item of the order is described in detail in Chapter II of SWZ — Description of the item of the order.

1. In accordance with point II.1.4)

2. The subject of the order will be executed within 35 Business Days from the conclusion of the Agreement, including:

1) Delivery of the Equipment within a maximum period of 21 Business Days from the date of conclusion of the contract (is the criterion for evaluating offers)

2) maximum time of assembly and commissioning and transfer of as-built documentation, within 14 Business Days from the date of delivery of the Devices to the first Location indicated in the signed Quantitative Acceptance Protocol for this Location

3. The delivered Devices will be covered by the warranty and technical support from the date of receipt indicated in the Final Protocol signed by both Parties without reservations for 36 months, implemented by the manufacturer or by an authorized partner of the manufacturer.
