Contract concerning:
- the supply with installation of 20 EDS – CB C3 certified X-ray devices for hand baggage control to be installed at Venice and Verona airports (13 to be installed at Venice airport and 7 at Verona airport) complete with integrated ATRS system, equipped with analyst and recheck stations, and a total of 33 additional stations (19 for Venice airport and 14 for Verona airport);
- the two-year "full risk" maintenance service of the installed equipment.
The contract also provides for the client's right to exercise the option for the supply with installation and maintenance of a further 3 X-ray devices (2 to be installed at Venice airport and 1 at Verona airport) complete with integrated ATRS system, equipped with analyst and recheck stations, and a total of 6 additional workstations (4 for Venice airport and 2 for Verona airport).
Contract concerning:
- the supply with installation of 20 EDS – CB C3 certified X-ray devices for hand baggage control to be installed at Venice and Verona airports (13 to be installed at Venice airport and 7 at Verona airport) complete with integrated ATRS system, equipped with analyst and recheck stations, and a total of 33 additional stations (19 for Venice airport and 14 for Verona airport);
- the supply and installation of network equipment for the operation of X-ray lines (star and periphery centers); readers and encoders necessary for reading the airport TIA for the authentication of the operator to the use of the stations;
- the two-year "full risk" maintenance service of the installed equipment;
- the contractor will also be required to purchase the withdrawal and dismantling of the current X-ray lines (RX equipment, roller conveyors and tray return systems) in the number indicated by the customer up to a maximum of 22 lines for Venice airport and 9 lines for Verona airport;
The contract also provides for the right of the client to exercise the option - (also through various and subsequent activations) within 36 months from the date of installation of the machines - for the supply with installation and maintenance of 3 additional X-ray devices (2 to be installed at Venice airport and 1 at Verona airport) complete with integrated ATRS system, equipped with analyst and recheck stations, and a total of 6 additional stations (4 for Venice airport and 2 for Verona airport).
The total amount of the contract based on the tender, including options, is set at € 13,045,637.16 (thirteen million forty-five thousand, six hundred and thirty-seven/16), of which € 30,297.16 for security charges not subject to reduction, divided as follows:
A) for Venice Airport
a.1) Amount of € 8,301,790.00 subject to discount for the following works:
- dismantling and decommissioning of n. 19+3 AMX machines: € 50,000.00;
- supply and installation of n. 13+2 C3 X-ray machines: € 4.275.000,00:
- dismantling and disposal of n. 19+3 roller conveyor lines: € 85,000.00;
- supply and installation of n. 13+2 ATRS: € 2.625.000,00:
- supply and installation of n. 6+2 mobile analyst stations: € 50,350.00;
- supply and installation of n. 13 + 2 additional recheck stations: € 99.440,00:
- execution of ICT equipment: € 103.000,00
- amount for the two-year full risk maintenance service subject to reduction: € 1,014,000.00;
a.2) Amount of € 17,597.16, for the coverage of security charges, not subject to reduction.
B) at Verona Airport:
a.1) Amount of € 4,713,550.00 subject to discount for the following works:
- dismantling and decommissioning of n. 9 RX 640 ME machines: € 20,700.00;
- supply and installation of n. 7+1 C3 X-ray machines: € 2.280.000,00:
- dismantling and decommissioning of n. 9 lines of roller conveyors: € 34,700.00;
- supply and installation of n. 7+1 ATRS: € 1.400.000,00:
- supply and installation of n. 7+1 mobile analyst workstations: € 50.350,00;
- supply and installation of n. 7+1 additional recheck stations: € 53,000.00:
- execution of ICT equipment: € 82.000,00
- amount for the two-year full risk maintenance service subject to reduction: € 792,800.00;
a.2) Amount of € 12,700.00, to cover security charges, not subject to reduction.
