This contract concerns the implementation of a framework agreement for the issuance of purchase orders for the services of SEMMARIS' insurance policies.
These services are divided into 8 lots:
- Lot 1- Property damage and business interruption;
- Lot 2 - General Liability;
- Lot 3 - Civil liability for environmental damage;
- Lot 4 - Civil liability of corporate officers;
- Lot 5 - TRC construction/structural damage;
- Lot 6 - Vehicle fleet and employee missions;
- Lot 7 - Repatriation insurance;
- Lot 8 - Cyber risks.
The framework agreement is concluded without a guaranteed minimum but with a maximum set at €8,140,000 excluding VAT over the total duration of the contract, all lots combined, i.e. €2,035,000 excluding VAT per year.
Applicants can apply for all lots.
Each lot is a single-award framework agreement.
Each framework agreement may be awarded to the same tenderer if the tender is considered to be the most economically advantageous.
Property Damage & Business Interruption Insurance PolicyThe candidate will be required to cover the coverage described in the CCTP.

TRC-Structural Damage Insurance PolicyThe candidate will be required to cover the coverage described in the CCTP.
Insurance policies for the vehicle fleet and employees' missionsThe candidate will be required to cover the coverage described in the CCTP.
Assistance and repatriation insurance policyThe candidate will be required to cover the coverage described in the CCTP.
Insurance policy covering cyber risksThe candidate will be required to cover the coverage described in the CCTP.
