The city of Duisburg is planning a new building as part of the Campus Marxloh development project with EU funding. A 4-storey building in in-situ concrete skeleton construction with two staircase cores and a used roof terrace is being built as an extracurricular learning, education and qualification location on a part of the grounds of the Herbert Grillo Comprehensive School in Duisburg Marxloh.
