Successive supplies of fuel in an estimated quantity of 1 650 000 liters for compression-ignition diesel engines, in accordance with PN-EN 590 + A1: 2017-06: Automotive fuels - diesel oils - requirements and test methods, and meeting the quality requirements of "Oil diesel fuel ", and in the winter" Diesel fuel with improved low-temperature properties "specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 on the quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws item 1680) on the principles set out in the ToR.

The subject of the contract is the supply of fuel for compression-ignition diesel engines, CPV code 09134100 - diesel fuel (combined nomenclature code CN 2710 19 43, 2710 20 11):

1) in accordance with PN-EN 590 + A1: 2017-06: Fuels for motor vehicles

- Diesel oils - Requirements and test methods; in the event of a change in the above Polish Standard, the delivered product should always meet the requirements arising from the provisions of the Polish Standard in force on the day of delivery.

2) meeting the quality requirements of "Standard diesel fuel", and in the winter "Diesel fuel with improved low-temperature properties" set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws item 1680) ; in the event of changes to the provisions referred to above or their replacement by other provisions, the delivered product should always meet the requirements arising from the provisions in force on the day of delivery,

3) in an estimated quantity of 1 650 m 3 (one million six hundred and fifty thousand liters) - which is not a strict limit and in case of not using or exceeding the given amount on the end date of the contract, neither party will be entitled to claim its supplement,

4) to the following storage places:

a) petrol station at ul. Batorego 35 in Ostrów Wielkopolski (code 63-400), underground tank with a volume of 20 m 3 .

b) fuel storage at ul. Kolejowa 1 in Syców (code 56-500), 20 m above ground tank 3 .

c) fuel storage at ul. Broniewskiego 2 in Kępno (code 63-600), a 20 m above-ground tank 3 .

5) specialized road transport meeting the requirements of the law in the field of diesel fuel; when storing fuel in aboveground tanks - transport by tanker truck equipped with a pump,

6) successively (in partial deliveries), on average, once a week, each time on the date, place and quantity specified by the contracting authority, whereby one order document will be for one date, the number of locations from 1 to 3 and the total amount from 10 m 3 (ten thousand liters) up to 22 m 3 (twenty two thousand liters),
