Name of the task: “Reception and transport of waste from the site of the City and Municipality of Fences in 2022".

4.2. Description of the order item:

1. The object of the order is:

1) receiving and transporting municipal waste from the property on which the inhabitants reside, within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Fence.

2) the operation of the Municipal Płoty Municipal Waste Selective Collective (PSZOK) open daily from Monday to Friday except for holidays for at least 8 hours a day between g. 7:00 and 17:00, including two days a week until 17:00

(a) In the PSZOK the following fractions of selectively collected waste should be collected from residents of the municipality Płoty:

• paper,

• metals,

• Plastics,

• glass,

• multi-aerial packaging waste,

• biowaste,

• hazardous waste,

• expired medicines and chemicals,

• waste not eligible for medical waste generated

in the household as a result of the intake of medicinal products

in the form of injection and monitoring of the level of substances in the blood,

in particular needles and syringes,

• spent batteries and batteries

• consumed electrical and electronic equipment,

• furniture and other large-sized waste,

• up to 100 kg per year of waste paper,

• consumed tyres not more than 4 pcs per household,

• construction and demolition waste in an amount of not more than 500 kg, 2 times per year per household,

• other waste defined by local law or higher order law.

(b) The tasks of handling the PSZOK will be to control the waste in terms of their type, origin and correctness of the selection.

3) receiving and transporting waste from real estate inhabited within the city and municipality of Płoty,

4) Receiving and transporting waste collected at the Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK).

5) Waste should be received and transported separately for each selectively collected waste fraction so that no waste mixing occurs during transport.

6) distribution by the Contractor of bags for the collection of municipal waste,

7) The Contractor will set up an Interested Service Point in Płoty, open daily Monday to Friday, except for holidays for 8 hours a day between g. 7:00 and 15:00, including two days until 17:00.

(a) The tasks of the Interested Service Point shall, in particular, include:

• issuing bags for segregation of waste referred to in point 7,

• recording and accounting of issued bags,

• in the event of the introduction of a paid distribution of bags, the collection of fees of issuing sales documents, the discharge of collected fees to the bank account of the municipality of Płoty and the settlement of issued bags and fees collected.

• issuing waste collection schedules,

• information about how waste is segregated,

• acceptance of notifications of irregularities concerning waste collection,

(b) In the course of fulfilment of this obligation, the Contractor shall be obliged to mark that point (premises, building, etc.) by placing in a prominent place a signpost, or banner, etc., which shall be visible from the street. It is intended to contain at least information such as:

• Interested Service Point

• run by: Contractor's name + address

• set up for the purpose of carrying out the task given by the Municipality of Płoty, n.: “Receiving and transporting waste from residents of the Municipality of Płoty”

• opening hours
