Purpose of the services: Collection of residual and organic household waste 2022-2025

The purpose of the service contract governed by this specification is:

1. The regular weekly collection of residual and organic household waste by smart containers throughout the territory of the Municipality of Crisnée as well as their transport to the place of treatment, that is to say in the facilities of the intermunicipal INTRADEL.

The collection of residual and organic household waste will take place simultaneously in a duo truck whose waste will be sorted at the source, with identification and separate weighing.

The collection will take place on Wednesday for the entire territory of the municipality which currently has 3,503 inhabitants and approximately 1,700 collection points (figures as of 14/12/2021). The collection day may be modified by mutual agreement between the successful tenderer and the contracting authority.

2. The supply of smart containers to each dwelling as well as for the storage and removal of waste from communal buildings. Door-to-door distribution of these containers before the first collection will be done according to a commnal listing.

The company includes in particular:

a) The collection of household waste by smart containers every Wednesday (or Saturday if public holiday).

b) The use of specially adapted collection vehicles and all their accessories in accordance with the legislation in force.

(c) All operating, insurance and maintenance costs for the above-mentioned vehicles.

(d) The expenses of the personnel assigned to the operation of the vehicle.

(e) The costs of the personnel assigned to the collection.

f) Everything that is necessary for the operation of the special collections.

g) The transmission of individual data to the contracting authority (see technical clauses)

The market can be tacitly renewed 3 times.
