The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection of municipal waste from the owners of real estate inhabited and uninhabited in the Municipality of Siedlce. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the method of its implementation is contained in the OPZ constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ

1) The subject of the order is:

a) Collection of municipal waste from owners of real estate inhabited and uninhabited in the Municipality of Siedlce,

b) Transport of waste to the Regional Municipal Waste Treatment Installation (RIPOK) Waste Utilization Plant Spółka z.o.o. in Siedlce, Sokołowska 2, Wola Suchożebrska, 08-125 Suchożebry listed in the resolution of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Assembly No. 4/19 of

22 January 2019 on the implementation of the Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodship 2024 (Dz. Province Maz. of 2019, item 1462) and another Installation indicated by the Ordering Party,

c) Achieving the levels specified in the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297)

d) Providing and continuous provision to property owners, purchased at their own expense by the Contractor, bags for collecting segregated and remaining waste after segregation.
