Northern Ireland's requirement for Balancing Gas Services (Balancing Gas Sell and Balancing Gas Buy) is being tendered by Premier Transmission Limited (PTL) for the period from 1.10.2016 until 1.10.2017 on behalf of PTL, Belfast Gas Transmission Limited (BGTL), Gas Networks Ireland (GNI UK) and West Transmission Limited (WTL), (together the ‘NI Network Operators’).

These contracts will enable the NI Network Operators to jointly balance their pipeline system in Northern Ireland, including the Premier Transmission Limited Scotland to Northern Ireland Pipeline (SNIP) System.

The ITT invites Tenderers to submit tenders for 1 or more of 7 possible types of Balancing Gas Contract under 2 different Lots.
