Framework Agreement 50.70 - AV Equipment is hereby offered.

The range consists of:

Projectors, monitors, interactive displays/touchscreens, audio equipment, online video conferencing, canvases, document cameras, control panels, wireless presentation equipment, switches, transmitters and splitters. Furthermore, accessories for AV equipment, including but not limited to brackets, stands, cables, accessories, consulting, installation, etc. as well as services.

The framework agreement replaces the current agreement, 50.70 AV Equipment (2022), which will not be extended. The present agreement is thus a re-offer of the existing agreement with amendments to a limited extent. The changes consist primarily of updating the range so that it is up-to-date and market-compliant, and of updating the contractual terms that have proved appropriate to adjust, including in particular penalty terms, the duration of the supply contracts, which are converted into single purchase contracts, as well as the adjustment of contractual sanctions other than penalties, such as suspension of the purchase obligation.

This is an open invitation to tender for a contract without lots with a single supplier. Annexes A and A.1 describe which customers may use the framework agreement.
