The purpose of the tender is to conclude a framework agreement for the purchase and supply of printers and multifunction machines, as well as spare parts and accessories and services for the Client.
In addition to being able to purchase machines under the framework agreement, the Purchaser also wants a service agreement as standard, which extends for up to 6 years from the time the tenderer delivers the machine.
The framework agreement is for 4 years and enters into force on 15 September 2023 and expires on 14 September 2027. The framework agreement is irrevocable for the tenderer, but may be terminated by the Contracting Entity with 6 months' notice.
The framework agreement is binding to apply for the municipality.

The service agreement covers fault correction and replacement of spare parts/consumables, except toner, staples and surplus toner box, which the Customer must replace itself.
The individual service agreement can be signed with an 8-hour on-call time during normal working hours, which will be between 8.00 - 16.00 Monday to Thursday, and 8.00 - 13.00 Friday.
In the award criteria, the contracting entity has, among other things, emphasized the environment and green production of the individual printer or multifunction machine. In addition, the Purchaser has not made high demands on print quality, to ensure that the Tenderer can bid with printers and multifunction machines that do not automatically print with the highest possible quality.

- Time to 1 page max. 12 seconds

Lille laser MFP- printer:
- Must be able to print in A4 format, copy and scan in S/H and color
- Minimum 2 papirbakker
- Minimum 25 pages per minute
- Time to 1 page max. 12 seconds

The contracting entity expects the following purchases during the duration of the framework agreement:
Small laser colour printer (max. DKK 5,000 excl. VAT):
The contracting entity expects to purchase 30 over the duration of the framework agreement. The expectation is approximately 10,000 - 50,000 prints per year.
Lille laser MFP- printer:
The contracting entity expects to purchase 75 over the duration of the framework agreement. The expectation is approximately 50,000 - 100,000 prints per year.
Mellem laser MFP-printer:
The contracting entity expects to purchase 30 over the duration of the framework agreement. The expectation is approximately 100,000 prints per year.
Stor MFP-printer:
The contracting entity expects to purchase 10 over the duration of the framework agreement. The expectation is approximately 500,000 prints per year.
The Contracting Authority expects the Framework Agreement to have a value of between DKK 15-20 million during the term of the Framework Agreement. The maximum value of the Framework Agreement is set at DKK 25 million, as the Client's consumption may vary from year to year.
The above Estimates represent the Client's best bid only. In practice, the actual allocation may differ from the estimates used.
The framework agreement is for 4 years and enters into force on 15 September 2023 and expires on 14 September 2027.
