This consultation concerns the services for the creation and maintenance of green spaces in the city of Montgeron. It is divided into two lots. Lot 1 is executed through the conclusion of follow-on contracts. Lot 2 is composite and consists of a part with a global price and annual lump sum and a part with purchase orders

Lot 1 is a single-party framework agreement and is executed through the conclusion of subsequent contracts in accordance with the provisions of Articles R2162-1 to R2162-9 and R2162-12. It concerns the creation and development of green spaces, parks, public squares, abandoned areas and landscaping areas, including the green spaces of municipal buildings (such as schoolyards, nurseries, conservatories, etc.) and other sites (cemeteries, gymnasiums, stadiums, etc.) in the municipality of Montgeron

Lot 2 is a mono-awardee framework agreement known as a composite tenderer, corresponding partly to an ordinary contract and partly to a framework agreement with purchase orders: P1 regular services / P2: occasional services. The services relate to the maintenance of the city's green spaces identified with the DPGF
