The purpose of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for flight inspections of TACAN for the Norwegian Armed Forcess. The main objective shall be routine flight inspections for the Norwegian Armed Forces' 13 TACAN installations. the installations are inspected once a year on a routine basis. In addition, special flight inspections of TACAN, commissioning flight inspections of TACAN, and flight-validation of Instrument Flight Procedures will be included in the scope of the framework agreement.
