These services are necessary to combat the divagation of dogs and cats, with the aim of guaranteeing hygiene and public health in the territory of the CINOR urban community (Saint-Denis, Sainte-Marie and Sainte-Suzanne).

Lot 1: the pound to be managed, located at the place known as Grand Prado, is an equipment intended for the reception and care of dogs and cats found stray or in a state of ravage until the end of the deadlines laid down in Article L. 211-25 of the Rural Code (four working days in the DOM). Its maximum capacity is 80 dogs.

The provider will be responsible for organising the capture of stray animals on the territory of CINOR. Catches will be made at the request of the services of the CINOR, the services of the member communes, the police or the gendarmerie, the SDIS, upon request of users and following the daily rounds carried out by the teams. All requests will be listed in a weekly catch chart, which will be forwarded to CINOR at the end of the week. The service provider must identify among its staff, the person responsible for the capture operations who will be the privileged contact for the agents of CINOR.

The service provider shall equip its staff with all material resources useful for the provision of catching and in accordance with the regulations in force.

The purpose of this service is to collect the remains of animals on the territory of the CINOR community of agglomeration (Saint-Denis, Sainte-Marie and Sainte-Suzanne).

The interventions to be carried out will be done on the public domain or perimeter open to the public (stadium, school course, parking...). The possibility is offered to candidates who wish to intervene on the private domain (houses, offices...) after having the written consent of the owner.

All roads are concerned with the exception of 2 x 2 lanes expressway.
