In the context of the present tender, the client intends to conclude an agreement for the purchase of a new telephony solution. The telephony solution to be delivered consists of the following components:

- providing subscriptions for mobile telephone services over public telecommunications networks,

- providing fixed telephony over public telecommunications networks,

- offering a (virtual) telephone exchange (from the Cloud),

- realization of fixed-mobile integration and call center functionality (via telephone exchange),

- the supply of telephones for fixed telephony and accessories (such as headsets) for the call center,

- the implementation and operational delivery of the entire telephony solution (incl. SIM card change, realization of indoor coverage).

Complete telephony solution for around 350 users.
