Hillerød Forsel (HFORS) will construct New Energicentral Favrholm and provide remote cooling to the upcoming New Hospital Nordsjælland (NHN) and the district of Favrholm, as well as utilizing the process of this cooling production to co-produce district heating via heat pumps. Heat pumps and the related technical facilities are being established in the energy centre located near NHN HFORS has decided to take a structured approach to quality assurance in this project and therefore wishes to associate a Commissioning Manager to the project
