This consultation concerns a project management mission for the realization of an operation of 47 social housing located 57 rue d'Alsace in Vichy.

The building permit is obtained, it is a question of resuming the mission at the APD stage and until the completion of the works.

The contract also includes a UCI's mission.

As part of this operation, the designated project manager will be entrusted with the following mission elements:

- APD: Final draft

- PRO: project studies

- ACT: assistance to the client for the awarding of works contracts

- EXE: execution studies

- DET: direction of execution of the works contract

- OPC: scheduling, management and coordination of the site

- AOR: assistance to the client during reception operations and during the period of surrogacy
