The Bismarck School is one of the most important Art Nouveau buildings in the city of Nuremberg. The property comprises a four-storey two-wing building with hip roofs, gable gables, lantern attachments and dormers, a two-storey hall building with a flat roof and a polygonal clock tower with a dome roof and lantern. The outer wall of the ground floor consists of rusticated sandstone ashlar masonry, the upper floors are solidly plastered and the entire building is decorated with rich Art Nouveau decor. The northern outbuilding is a two-storey plastered solid building with a hipped roof and sandstone pilaster strips. Massive damage to the facade and roof, as well as static problems with the ceilings on the second basement floor, require extensive renovation. The work is to be carried out in close coordination with the monument protection department, references are requested in this regard.
