Systemgleiche Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Software für das Kundenmanagementtool Plus („KMS Plus“), durch Integration der Regionalbereiche der Abellio Deutschland Gruppe sowie jeweiligen Kompetenzcentren und Netzen in das bestehende KMS Plus.

Der mit DECAF GmbH & Co. KG („DECAF“ und „AN“) abzuschließende Vertrag über die Erweiterung des KMS Plus umfasst die systemgleiche Weiterentwicklung des KMS Plus der Regionalbereiche der Abellio Deutschland Gruppe sowie jeweiligen Kompetenzcentren und Netzen in das bestehende KMS Plus.
