1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 1.7.2019 to 31.12.2020 to 2 779 consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/- 10%) 120,770.84 MWh, of which:

1) To premises and facilities / tariff group B / (Part 1 of the contract) - 45 259.82 MWh - a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1a to the ToR

2) To premises and facilities / other tariff groups / (Part 2 of the contract) - 37 814.89 MWh - a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1b to the ToR

3) For the purpose of road lighting (Part 3 of the contract) - 37 696.13 MWh - a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1c to the Terms of Reference

The forecast electricity consumption indicated above is indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually consumed during the contract period. Reducing or increasing the amount of energy consumed does not entail any consequences for the contracting parties (recipients), except for the need to pay for the energy actually consumed at the rates specified in the Contract.

1. Number of measuring systems accounting for electricity consumed 35 pcs.

2. The awarding entity has included a detailed description of the collection points (PPE) in Annex 1a to the ToR.

3. Estimated electricity consumption over the duration of the contract (+/- 10%) 45,259.82 MWh, of which:

Zone I 14 331.04 MWh

Zone II 8 934.73 MWh

Zone III 21 994.05 MWh

The above data is indicative. The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption.

4. Deliveries will take place from 1.7.2019 to 31.12.2020 with the proviso that the details regarding delivery dates (start and end) in relation to individual collection points are described in Annex 1a, column "Delivery period".

To the City of Bydgoszcz collection points - City Roads and Public Transport Authority in Bydgoszcz and Tramwaj Fordon Sp. z o. o. with headquarters in Bydgoszcz, deliveries will take place until 30.6.2020, as described in Annex 1a.

Deliveries to the collection points of the Unisław Commune will commence from 1.1.2020.

5. Current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect from the day preceding the planned delivery start date (column 'Delivery period'). The obligation to terminate the contracts lies with the contracting authorities (recipients).

6. The measuring systems are adapted to the change of seller procedure.

7. In relation to all PPEs, the awarding entities (customers) have the status of recipients, therefore they are entitled to purchase energy from the seller of their choice / art.4j par.1 of the Energy Law of 10.4.1997 /.
