The building complex consists of two separate buildings with three entrances built around 1975. The buildings are R+3 on a partially buried basement. The site of the residence is located in the town centre of Guebwiller, on the edge of the historic centre.
The project includes several components of work: a proactive energy renovation, a change of image, the renovation of the exteriors (car parks) and various compliance measures.
The works are divided into 12 lots. Each lot will be awarded separately
