In connection with urban renewal in Hoeger, sewage treatment must be carried out in Hoeger. This offering deals with advisory services in connection therewith. Sewage treatment must be carried out partly by sewer separation and partly by semi-separation. The consultant must undertake planning which will result in four contractor tenders; 1 for the establishment of a rainwater basin at AR Kjærbysvej, 1 for the establishment of a rainwater pipeline in Kirkegårdsgade and Ved Gamle Dige, 1 for stocking renovations and 1 for the other sewage treatment in Höjer. Contractor tenders must be handled at different times.

Urban renewal in Hojer is handled by the Tøndermarsk Initiative. It is to be expected that cooperation with the Tøndermarsk Initiative and its adviser on the rainwater basin at AR Kjærbysvej as well as on LAR solutions in the semi-separated areas will be expected.

of water and energy supply, transport and postal service contracts (Executive Order 1624 of 15.12.2015).

The tender is implemented in two phases: a pre-qualification phase and a tender phase.

The tender is implemented with the following main activities:

1) Prequalification Request;

2) 4 companies are prequalified;

3) The pre-qualified companies make offers;

4) The evaluation committee evaluates the offers;

5) One of the companies is awarded the consultancy contract.
