The subject of the proceedings is the award of a public contract for the supply of 2 fire trucks intended for organizational units of the State Fire Service of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 parts. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the annexes to the SWZ, i.e. in Annex 1 entitled "Description of the subject of the contract", containing minimum technical and utility requirements for the subject of the contract and Annex No. 2 entitled "Model contract", specifying detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract.
Heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle (1 pc)The subject of the proceedings in part No. 1 is the delivery of 1 piece of heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle for KW PSP intended for the organizational unit of the State Fire Service of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the annexes to the Terms of Contract, i.e. in Annex No. 1 entitled "Description of the subject of the contract", containing minimum technical and utility requirements for the subject of the contract and Annex No. 2 entitled "Model contract", specifying detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract. The subject of the contract should meet the following requirements:
(a) correspond to all the characteristics set out in the specification of the terms of the contract and comply with the applicable standards;
(b) be factory new, technically efficient, safe, complete and ready for work;
(c) have a set of technical and operational documentation and enabling its registration.
