1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 4 pieces of reachstacker lifting devices.
2. The Purchaser requires that the subject of the contract offered by Contractors was only a brand new product, meeting the requirements described in the content of this Inquiry.
3. The delivered lifting devices are to contribute to the development of intermodal transport - support for intermodal transhipment terminals.
4. The offered subject of the contract should meet in particular the following minimum requirements: Detailed technical specification is available in the full content of the request for proposal.
5. The Contractor is obliged to offer the subject of the contract that meets the minimum requirements of the Employer. At the same time, the Employer allows the possibility of offering solutions equivalent to those described in the Inquiry or solutions that are technically and quality better and at the same time meet the minimum requirements of the Employer. The obligation to demonstrate the equivalence of the solutions offered lies with the Contractor.
If this obligation is not met, the Contractor's offer will be rejected.
6. The contractor is obliged to additionally mark reachstacker lifting devices with an information sticker placed on both sides, developed in agreement with the Employer and made of material ensuring readability of the information for a minimum period of 6 years.
7. Technical acceptance of the subject of the order will be made by the Employer under the conditions specified in the contract and will cover receipt in Radzymin or Warsaw Główny Towarowa, or Lasocice, or Busko-Zdrój, or Gdynia Port. Each of the ordered devices can be delivered to a different location, which will be agreed with the Contractor.
