Upgrading of air-conditioning cold water supply - University of Regensburg, measure number 15212 E 0005
Increase of the central district cooling capacity (by 1.5 MW) for the campus of the University of Regensburg and expansion of the district cooling network by two district cooling pipelines to increase transmission capacity and security of supply. Development of the waste heat potentials of the chiller via district heating pipeline and by means of a heat pump in the area of the Faculty of Sport.
Upgrading of the air-conditioning cold water supply
to increase the central district cooling capacity (1.5 MW) for the campus of the University of Regensburg.
Further work necessary in the course of the measure:
- Construction of a new district cooling pipeline (DN 400) between the technical headquarters and the WNDE outlet
- Construction of a new district cooling pipeline (DN 200) as an emergency link between the east and west lines
- Development of waste heat potentials by means of district heating pipeline and heat pump
Engineering services for technical planning Technical equipment according to § 53 HOAI for the plant group sewage, water and gas plants, heat supply systems, ventilation systems, use-specific systems (refrigeration systems) and building automation as well as object planning of engineering structures § 41 point 4. HOAI (district heating and cooling pipes).
Commissioning of service phases 2 to 4 and special performance to prove economic efficiency, intended gradual further commissioning of service phases 5 to 9 in accordance with § 55 (1) HOAI, or according to § 43 (1) HOAI as well as special services of local construction supervision in object planning of engineering structures.
The planning task of plant group 1 (cost group 410) is classified in fee zone II, that of plant groups 2, 3, 7 and 8 (cost groups 420, 430, 470 and 480) is classified in fee zone III. The project planning of the engineering structures (district heating and cooling pipes) is classified in fee zone II.
The cost ceiling for the measure is EUR 5,117,130.00 gross. The costs mentioned include cost groups 200 to 600 according to DIN 276-1:2018-12.
