- P2: the management and monitoring of the installations, the maintenance and upkeep of the installations (preventive and corrective maintenance), the duty for 24-hour breakdown assistance with delays of less than 4 hours, the physical-chemical analyzes of DHW, the maintenance of regulatory documents…;

- P3: the services and supplies necessary to keep the works in good working condition, including major maintenance and renewal of equipment in boiler rooms and technical rooms.
