This contract is a supply contract for the purchase or lease with an option to purchase of containers and/or prefabricated modular buildings according to the needs of the ONA. The service includes the supply of the products, as well as – if necessary – their modifications, delivery, assembly and possible connections to the various networks for each of the options (purchase or rental with purchase option).

This contract shall be concluded with one or a maximum of three economic operators (1 multi-successful tenderer), provided that there is a sufficient number of economic operators satisfying the selection criteria and/or admissible tenders meeting the award criteria. Purchase orders for the products included in the initial slip will be issued by the so-called "cascade" method, which consists of calling on the highest bidder in priority, i.e. the ONA will first contact the successful bidder whose bid has been ranked first. If the latter is unable to respond within the required deadline, the ONA may contact the successful bidder whose bid was ranked second, and so on.
