Comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of cleanliness and order of properties managed by KZGM in Katowice

The subject of the order is comprehensive cleaning and:

1) maintaining cleanliness and order in the common parts of buildings (e.g. staircases, corridors, basements, dryers, attics, bicycles);

2) maintaining cleanliness and order of outdoor areas (paved and green areas, including walkways, internal roads, lawns, flower beds, discounts, playgrounds, places under trash bins, small architecture devices) including care (pruning, weeding, watering) greenery and snow removal in the winter and the display of trash cans in the indicated properties;

3) mowing lawns with the export and disposal of the resulting waste;

4) ad hoc cleaning of the property, including greenery care or additional mowing grass;

in properties managed by KZGM in Katowice, for areas indicated for each part separately. The order is divided into 13 parts. One Contractor may submit a bid for up to 4 parts.

Comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of cleanliness and order of real estate located in the districts of Bogucice, Oak, Koszutka, Wołnowiec-Józefowiec administered by EB-1

Comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of cleanliness and order in properties located in the districts of Bogucice, Oak, Koszutka, Wołnowiec-Józefowiec and administered by EB-1.

1) maintaining cleanliness and order in the common parts of buildings (e.g. staircases, corridors, basements, dryers, attics, bicycles);

2) maintaining the cleanliness and order of external areas (paved and green areas, inter alia walkways, internal roads, lawns, flower beds, discounts, playgrounds, places under trash bins, small architecture devices) including care (pruning, weeding, watering) greenery and snow removal in the winter and the display of trash cans in the indicated properties;

3) mowing lawns with the export and disposal of the resulting waste;

4) ad hoc cleaning of the property, including greenery care or additional mowing grass;

5) snow removal and removal of icicles from canopies above the entrance to buildings.

Current surfaces covered by the order as of 7.02.2022 are: internal area in buildings: 20 688.14 m2, outdoor area 220 373,69 m2, including lawn area 112 529.95 m2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract shall include Annex No 1 to SWZ and the proposed provisions of the contract together with the annexes where the areas inside the buildings are defined (Annex No 1.1 to 1.13 to the proposed provisions of the contract), exterior areas, including lawn areas to mowing (annex 2.1 to 2.13 to the proposed provisions of the contract), standards for the provision (activities, frequency) of services (annexes 3/3a-3h to the proposed provisions of the contract.

The standards described in Annex 3 to the proposed provisions of the contract apply for real estate.

Employment requirement for an employment contract. For each part of the contract, the Contractor or subcontractor is obliged to employ on the basis of the employment relationship of persons carrying out activities under this contract, the performance of which consists in the provision of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974. work (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended), i.e. persons designated for the implementation of the contract in the field of activities related to the current maintenance of cleanliness and order. On the Contractor of Pregnancy the obligation to ensure that subcontractors also meet all requirements for persons employed on the employment contract. The Contracting Authority does not require employment on the basis of the employment relationship of persons carrying out ad hoc work related to grass mowing, plant care, snow removal or window washing and activities related to coordination of the performance of services. The requirement does not apply, inter alia, to natural persons engaged in business activities, officiating members of the Management or Supervisory bodies of the Contractor, partners of a public company or partnership, to the extent that they will perform personally services to the Contractor or the Contractor.

The method of documenting employment for the employment contract of persons carrying out the above-mentioned activities, the power to control the fulfillment of the employment requirement for an employment contract by the Contractor or subcontractor and penalties for failure to comply with these requirements, are set out in the proposed the provisions of the contract.

1) maintaining cleanliness and order of external areas (paved and green areas, inter alia walkways, internal roads, lawns, flower beds, discounts, playgrounds, places under trash bins, small architecture devices) including care (pruning, weeding, watering) greenery and snow removal in the winter and the display of trash cans in the indicated properties;

2) mowing lawns with the export and disposal of the resulting waste;

3) Ad-hoc cleaning of the property, including greenery care or additional grass mowing.

Current surfaces covered by the order as of 7.02.2022 are: area of external areas 83 471,94 m2, including the area of the lawns 53 501,70 m2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract shall include Annex No 1 to SWZ and the proposed provisions of the contract together with the annexes where the areas inside the buildings are defined (Annex No 1.1 to 1.13 to the proposed provisions of the contract), exterior areas, including lawn areas to mowing (annex 2.1 to 2.13 to the proposed terms of the contract), standards for the provision (activities, frequency) of services (annexes 3/3a-3h to the proposed terms of the contract) and other information specifying the size and scope of the subject of the contract. For real estate, the standards described in Annex 3 to the proposed provisions of the contract apply (excluding actions 1-4 internal surfaces).

1) maintaining cleanliness and order in the common parts of buildings (e.g. staircases, corridors, basements, dryers, attics, bicycles);

2) maintaining the cleanliness and order of external areas (paved areas, inter alia walkways, internal roads, places under trash bins, small architecture devices) including snow removal in winter and the display of trash cans in indicated properties;

3) ad hoc cleaning of the property;

4) snow removal and removal of icicles from canopies above the entrance to buildings.
