Single Supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of a Licence Application Service for Business Users comprising the provision of an on-line portal with customisable forms, consolidated electronic payments, payment collection and disbursal services. The framework clients will be Irish public sector licensing authorities, initially for licences relating to the retail sector but with the possibility of extending the service to other sectors over the lifetime of the agreement.

Payment for the service will be by means of charges to the licensing authorities. The expected duration for the framework is up to 7 years.
