The construction project involves the construction of a new multi-storey car park on the Cyber Valley campus in Tübingen with approx. 630 parking spaces. The multi-storey car park will house the necessary parking spaces for the Institute of Computer Science and the Max Planck Society. A qualified B-plan is available and must be observed accordingly.
In accordance with state standards, the multi-storey car park is to be built as sustainably as possible, possibly in timber construction.
A functional service description is to be drawn up by the contractor, and the multi-storey car park is to be built by a general contractor or general contractor. The contractor takes over the tasks of project management and construction supervision, special services of LPH 4-7.
